Landscape.
A place where I arrive.
Travel inwards: it stretches out—
no horizon, no roads leading to the border.
The ground is blasted, empty,
pitted with passageways to worse.
Always more to fear, and yet—
how could there be anything worse than this
endless twilight
gloom saturating the air.
